We strive to be the BEST at everything we do. Position Summary The Tank Wash Coordinator assists Tank Wash with any projects and/or daily duties that may arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize tools and software in order to compile specific reporting metrics for company customers. Research answers to various customer complaints, interface with customers to provide resolutions, and utilize required communication channels. Conduct visits to company terminals and plants as required. Foster timely responses between operations and customer. Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls. Contribute to the Total Clean team effort by accomplishing tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Develop and maintain an accurate filing system through the use of a scanner or filing cabinet. Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Word At least 1 years' experience working in an office setting Preferred qualifications: Experience in the trucking or transportation industry

Language Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently; Spanish preferred
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. May be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed. Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

The position typically operates in a standard office environment. This position routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners.

The salary range for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 hourly. This range is based on market data and internal equity. The final offer will be determined by various factors, including the candidates experience, education, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
