Janitorial Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities. Train and mentor janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, adjusting as needed for operational demands. Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to optimize resources. Address any operational issues promptly by providing guidance or escalating concerns to management. Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and promoting professional development. Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality settings. Strong background in cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning standards and laundry operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and promote teamwork. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety regulations related to custodial work and facility maintenance. Previous experience in managing inventory and supplies for large-scale cleaning operations is preferred. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
