On-Call Responsibilities :

Move-in/move-out cleaning may include: Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, cabinets, sinks, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and floors Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors Dust and wipe down doors, trim, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces Clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Remove cobwebs and dust from corners, ceilings, and hard-to-reach areas Clean inside cabinets and drawers as needed Clean interior doors and door frames Remove trash and debris left inside the apartment Spot-clean walls and other surfaces when needed Ensure the apartment is properly cleaned and presentable for the next resident Report any significant damage, maintenance concerns, or issues discovered during cleaning Follow Sparkleen LLC cleaning standards and procedures Maintain professional and respectful conduct while on the property What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Detail-orientedAble to work independently Previous residential or apartment cleaning experience is a plus Able to follow cleaning instructions and quality standards Must have reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Important:

This position is paid per completed cleaning, not hourly. Compensation is $68 per clean.
