Serve as the on-site, designated point of contact for the Government (COR), direct the crew, run quality control, and personally perform cleaning and floor-care tasks. This is a working supervisor role. Essential duties Supervise and schedule a 3-person custodial crew; assign daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks (PWS 6.1 to 6.4). Serve as the on-site point of contact for the COR; receive and respond to service requests; keep the Government informed.
Run the quality control program:
inspect work against the standards, document deficiencies, and correct them. Perform hands-on cleaning and floor care alongside the crew, including restrooms, offices, trash, and machine floor work. Coordinate installation access and badging; enforce conduct, safety, and security rules in a Restricted Area. Manage supplies and equipment; maintain the janitor closets and a two-week supply inventory.
