What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Accepting resumes,. Immediate opening for janitorial and building maintenance person in the Kailua area. Position is Friday through Tuesday, 6:30AM through 3PM. Starting pay is $20 - $22 hourly, based on experience. Must possess a current State of Hawaii drivers license and provide a copy of a clean drivers abstract. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must list 3 references, all references will be contacted. Applicants must have a positive attitude, show up to work on time, and be professional.
