Job Description:

Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other commercial spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces. Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and entryways. Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. Follow established cleaning schedules and company standards. Safely operate janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines. Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
