About the Role Island Standard Cleaning Co. is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team serving Central and West Oʻahu. This is a part-time W-2 position starting at $25/hour, with hours based on customer bookings and opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the company grows. What You'll Do Perform residential standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Follow Island Standard cleaning checklists and quality standards Provide friendly and professional service in customers' homes Arrive on time and communicate professionally Complete a final walkthrough to ensure each home meets our standard What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional residential cleaning experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation to customer homes throughout our service area Smartphone with reliable service Comfortable working independently Able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning Professional and respectful around customers, homes, children, and pets What We Provide Starting pay of $25/hour Flexible part-time scheduling based on bookings Cleaning supplies and equipment provided Mileage reimbursement for qualifying work-related travel 100% of customer tips Opportunity for additional hours and advancement as Island Standard grows Service Area Waikele Waipahu Pearl City ʻAiea Mililani We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a professional local cleaning company.
