What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Fisher Properties, you would perform all technical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness and appearance. This includes (but is not limited to) cleaning all offices, hallways, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, trash rooms, carpets, common areas, doors & windows, grounds, etc.
Qualifications include:
Thorough knowledge of equipment functions Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrated ability to define and correct problems. Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members, and other business contacts, respond courteously to questions and requests, and stay calm when addressing and resolving customer problems.
Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or related experience and/or training Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask with numerous properties and service needs
