Job Summary Our custodians serve as a key contributor to the overall cleanliness and appearance of our Sunset Mart Stores. As a frontline support role, the custodian helps create a welcoming environment by maintaining clean, safe and orderly facilities. This role also plays an important role in contributing to an excellent customer service experience.
Please note:
the associate is required to come equipped with the desired work attire. If it is required work attire, the company will supply (e.g. goggles, shovels, safety vests, etc.). This is a full-time position working days. What You'll Do Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the pump nozzles and pads. Empty trash receptacles and collect litter across the entire property. Clean floors and restrooms to maintain a sanitary and welcoming environment. Maintain landscape areas including mowing and pulling weeds. Replace stock and maintain window washing equipment daily. Promote company sponsored incentives, promotions and Reward Programs.

Assist with coverage in the store as needed.

Driver's license required. Previous experience working with petroleum products is preferred. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds to a height of at least 4 feet with or without reasonable accommodation and bend, stretch, reach, and stand for prolonged periods of time throughout the day.

Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm for acquiring new skills, have effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow Company Policies and directions. Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record including being available for shifts throughout the store operating hours.
