Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaning Team (2 or more cleaners) to join our dynamic subcontractor team. This energetic group will deliver top-quality cleaning services to residential properties, ensuring each home is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. This is a subcontractor / as-needed opportunity for a team that already works together and can take scheduled and overflow jobs as they become available. We're looking for a team that: Has 2 or more cleaners who already work together Has reliable transportation Has their own cleaning supplies and equipment Has experience with General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and Post-Renovation/Post-Construction Cleaning Can travel throughout Chicago and occasionally surrounding suburbs Is punctual and communicates immediately regarding delays, parking, access, or other issues Can follow detailed cleaning scopes and client instructions Provides before-and-after photos for completed jobs Can communicate with B Clean in English Is dependable and interested in receiving ongoing assignments

Compensation:

Jobs are paid at a flat subcontractor rate based on the size, scope, and type of cleaning. The pay for each assignment is provided before the team accepts the job. This is not an hourly employee position. We are looking for an independent cleaning team interested in developing an ongoing subcontracting relationship with B Clean Cleaning Services.

$500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
