In this position, you'll visit customers' homes to inspect and professionally clean dryer vent systems. You'll help improve dryer performance, reduce lint buildup, and provide an important service that helps keep our customers' homes safer. No dryer vent cleaning experience? That's okay! We're willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoys working with customers. What You'll Do Inspect and clean residential dryer vent systems Remove lint, debris, and blockages using professional dryer vent cleaning equipment Access dryer vents using ladders or in tight spaces when necessary Identify potential venting concerns and communicate findings with customers Take before-and-after photos when required Maintain and care for company tools and equipment Keep work areas clean and respect customers' homes Provide friendly, professional customer service Follow Comfort First safety procedures and company standards Drive to customer homes throughout our service area What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with homeowners Strong attention to detail Comfortable using ladders and basic hand tools Comfortable in tight spaces Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and carrying equipment Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Ability to work independently while being part of a team Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Previous experience in dryer vent cleaning, duct cleaning, HVAC, maintenance, construction, or another home-service trade is a plus, but not required.
