Nicole's Cleaning Service LLC is urgently hiring looking for someone to start ASAP. Looking for an experienced residential cleaner to join our growing team in McHenry & Lake County! We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently with little supervision.

Requirements:

2+ years PAID residential cleaning experience Must have experience working for another cleaning company or running your own cleaning business Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Must be dependable and show up on time Strong work ethic & attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as a team Positive attitude and professional communication with clients Able to handle physically demanding work Must be able to pass background check if requested

Position Details:

1099 Independent Contractor Position Full-time work available 5 days per week Weekend work optional Residential cleaning only Recurring clients + deep cleans Supplies/equipment preferred but not required for the right fit

Pay:

$800-$1,300+ per week Pay based on experience, speed, quality, and reliability Consistent work available for the right person We are NOT looking for someone who constantly calls off, shows up late, or cuts corners. We need someone reliable who takes pride in their work and wants consistent income with a growing company.

Pay:

$27.00 - $65.00 per hour
