Quality Care Cleaning in Ottawa, IL is currently seeking a dependable , and highly motivated individual to join our team as Part-Time Bank Crew Lead Cleaner

This position works primarily in banking facilities and requires travel between multiple client locations as needed.

Cleaning Schedule:

MONDAY

• Friday evenings, 5p
• 8/9pm (approximately), 20-25 hours per week.

Duties would include:

Conduct detailed quality inspections of all bank facilities to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Identify cleaning deficiencies and take immediate corrective action. Direct and coach cleaning personnel on cleaning issues, procedures, and performance expectations. Monitor work completion and verify that all cleaning tasks are performed thoroughly and accurately. Fill in for employee call-offs, vacations, or staffing shortages to ensure all locations are serviced as scheduled.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have minimum 1 year previous commercial cleaning experience. Prior leadership, crew lead, supervisory, or quality control experience preferred. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
