independent contractor opportunity. Hours will vary based on available cleaning jobs and your team's availability. This is not a full-time position. This posting is specifically for existing cleaning teams. We are not currently looking to pair individual applicants together. We are looking for dependable, experienced teams who already work well together and are interested in additional part-time cleaning opportunities without having to handle their own advertising, estimates, scheduling, customer communication, or billing. What We're Looking For Existing team of 2 or more cleaners At least 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment Strong communication and dependability Ability to successfully complete a background check Willingness to work as independent contractors Liability insurance preferred and required for certain commercial opportunities Pay Compensation generally works out to the equivalent of approximately $25-$35 per hour per cleaner , depending on the job, experience, and efficiency, plus applicable tips. Types of Cleaning Opportunities Work may include: Residential deep cleaning Recurring residential cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning Commercial cleaning Larger projects where multi-person teams are especially helpful

Schedule:

Part-time / as-needed opportunities. The amount of work available may vary from week to week.
