A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our client in St Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our office, warehouse, and production facilities. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all workspaces, restrooms, break areas, and common areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and be willing to assist with general facility maintenance and warehouse housekeeping as needed. Monday- Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM $22.00 per hour Temp to Hire Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following;Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc.
Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areasClean production floor areas with floor scrubberClean conference roomsStock drink refrigeratorsMaintained designated area for clean and safety for customersClean windows and mirrors, sanitize restroomsStock and restock supplies, gather and empty trashOrder supplies as neededEmpty trash receptacles on a daily basisMop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as neededMaintain work area in clean, safe and organized mannerMaintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies relatedAssist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etcPerform general maintenanceOther duties as assignedRegular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job#ZR
