Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This position involves various custodial tasks, including cleaning vehicles and assisting with customer service needs. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including floors, windows, and common areas. Drive vehicles to designated locations as needed, ensuring safety and adherence to traffic regulations. Conduct detailed cleaning of cars, including washing, buffing, and applying window tinting when necessary. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs. Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organized to promote a positive atmosphere. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks. Experience in custodial work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient driving skills with a valid driver's license. Knowledge of car wash techniques and buffing processes is a plus. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
