Duties Perform Detailed cleaning for a variety of spaces, including: Apartments and residential units

• move-in/move-out, deep cleans, and turnovers Fraternity and sorority houses
• common area cleaning, restrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic spaces Office and commercial spaces
• daily janitorial tasks and periodic deep cleans Common areas
• lobbies, hallways, and shared facilities in multi-unit properties Post-construction and renovation sites
• detailed cleanup of dust, debris, and surfaces Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas. Remove trash and recycling, replacing liners as needed. Safely handle and store cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors about job progress, issues, or supply needs. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to safely use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment (training provided for specialty tools). Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds during shifts. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Dependable and punctual with reliable communication. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
