Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Carmel Swim Academy is a pool facility that offers various programs to the community. The Carmel Swim Academy is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member responsible for the cleaning of Carmel Swim Academy.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Individuals in this job will be subject to cleaning Carmel Swim Academy outside of the immediate pool area, which includes a front desk reception area/lobby, upstairs viewing area, family bathroom, two locker rooms, and a hallway. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize locker rooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines. Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance, repair, or supply needs to CSA Directors. Check the security of the facility (locked doors) before leaving.

QUALIFICATIONS

Flexibility to work Monday - Friday evening shifts (7:30pm-11pm), Saturdays (3pm-6pm) & Sundays (1pm-4pm) Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills. Must be 18 years or older Ability to pass background check
