Job Description
A high-volume Personal Injury law firm is seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist. This role is primarily focused on engaging with new and potential clients, signing them up, completing intake paperwork, and assisting with incoming field and office calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door at a law firm and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, organized, and a team player who is comfortable communicating with clients and supporting the firm's daily operations. Primary Responsibilities Speaking with new and potential clients to gather information and sign them up Completing and processing client intake paperwork Answering and routing incoming calls, including assisting with field calls Following up with clients as needed Providing receptionist and front-office support General administrative duties, including data entry Drafting template documents Faxing, mailing, and emailing documents On-call availability after hours as scheduled Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Position Highlights Client intake and sign-ups Data entry and document preparation Client follow-ups Receptionist and administrative support On-call after-hours rotation Benefits Package Includes 401(k) after an investment period Paid vacation Health stipend On-site fitness center
