Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, screens, and tracks for single-family homes and local commercial accounts.
Master Modern & Traditional Methods:
Utilize modern water-purification/water-fed pole systems alongside classic squeegee, scraper, and applicator techniques to achieve streak-free results.
Operate Ground-Level & Ladder Equipment:
Safely position and climb step-ladders and extension ladders to access second-story windows, transoms, and residential skylights.
Utilize Soft Wash & Pressure Washing Tools:
Safely operate low-pressure washing or window-washing equipment to remove stubborn dirt, grime, pollen, and debris from exterior glass and surrounding frames.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Interact professionally with homeowners on-site, respect client property (using shoe covers/drop cloths indoors), and ensure complete customer satisfaction before leaving the job.
Maintain Equipment & Safety:
Perform daily pre-trip equipment checks, maintain clean and organized work vehicles, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in residential window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior maintenance is preferred, but we are fully willing to train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
Equipment & Tool Skills:
Familiarity with window squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, ladders, and pressure washing gear.
Safety Mindset:
Comfortable working safely on extension ladders (up to 2-3 stories) and committed to wearing appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, non-slip footwear).
Customer-First Attitude:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when speaking with homeowners and business owners.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, stretch, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
