In this role, you will assist with vehicle maintenance, minor repairs, and general shop support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and dealership operations while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Assist licensed mechanics with vehicle repairs, including oil changes, tire services, and fluid replacements. Support the team with vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, alignments, and basic mechanical repairs. Handle the movement and positioning of vehicles using standard passenger car operation skills. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling automotive parts and tools. Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and shop upkeep. Support customer service efforts by ensuring vehicles are ready for pickup promptly and professionally. Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive service background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm to learn! Mechanical experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Knowledge of standard passenger car operation, automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, and tire service is highly desirable. Familiarity with automotive repair tools, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical repair techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing or shop maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills will help you excel in this role.
