A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
About us Med-Clean Services, a family owned and operated company, provides medical and commercial cleaning services for the Evansville tri-state area. Part time in the evenings starting between 5:00pm.
- 5:30PM Monday through Friday 2-3 hours a night No experience required No felonies, No Misdemeanors Must be over 18+ Same location and area every night.
Physical Requirements:
This position demands good physical and mental health. The housekeeper will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and work a flexible schedule, must be able to move continuously during work hours and able to lift and/or carry 15 to 35 pounds.Duties:
- Operate various cleaning equipment
- Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and tidy
- Dust and polish furniture, equipment, light fixtures, windowsills, etc.
- Empty trash containers nightly
- Re-stock supplies (such as paper towels and toilet paper)
- Wet mop floors in all exam rooms and bathrooms daily. Damp mop all corridor floors, lobby, dining areas, and others nightly.
- Clean basins, mirrors, and commode nightly
- Check all vacant rooms nightly to keep up to qualifications
