If you know your way around an alignment rack, turn clean brake jobs, and knock out steering and suspension work efficiently, we have an open bay waiting for you. We are an established, locally owned shop offering guaranteed straight hourly pay (no starving during slow shop days), clean equipment, and an environment where you are paid for every minute you're on the clock.
Pay & Compensation Hourly Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour straight pay (rate based on independent ability and skill level).
Consistent Overtime:
1.5x hourly rate ($34.50 - $41.25/hr OT). Typical schedules average around 5 hours of overtime per week.
ASE Incentive:
We pay your exam fee once, plus you receive an immediate, permanent +$1.00/hr raise for every new ASE passed .
Weekly Earnings Potential:
~$1,092 to $1,282+ gross per week with typical OT.

Paid Holidays:
Eligible after 60 days (Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Good Friday, etc.).
Uniforms:
Full uniform service provided and laundered.
Shop Environment:
Well-maintained equipment, organized bays, and direct access to digital service literature. What You'll Do Crank out brake jobs, steering/suspension replacements (ball joints, control arms, struts, tie rods), and 4-wheel alignments. Perform tire mounting, balancing, and routine multipoint vehicle inspections. Diagnose undercar issues efficiently and communicate needed repairs to the service writers. Work toward averaging 30+ book hours per week once acclimated to shop workflow. Maintain clean equipment, safe work habits, and take pride in doing the repair right the first time.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience. Strong "C" techs ready to move up or experienced "B" techs who love undercar production.
Tools:
Your own hand and air/power tools in an organized tool storage box.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Physical & Technical:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read schematics/digital service manuals, and work with minimal supervision.
Ambition:
Motivated to earn ASE certifications (we pay for tests and reward passes with raises).
