Janitorial Supervisor wanted to oversee projects in the Lafayette area. Must have reliable transportation and experience in the janitorial industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of employees Train, coach, and develop team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking Handle customer inquiries and issues effectively Participate in the hiring process Working Supervisor Must understand the concept of "inspect and correct"

Experience:
