This position is important to the daily operation of the restaurant and helps create a great experience for both customers and crew members.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant Performing equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance Filtering fryers and assisting with boil-outs Grill recovery and deep cleaning tasks Taking out trash and maintaining dumpster areas Cleaning floors, sidewalks, lobby, restrooms, and parking lot Assisting with deliveries and organization of stock areas Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management Supporting the team with general cleaning and operational tasks

Qualifications:

Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and stay productive Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous maintenance or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
