Thank you for your interest in the cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job entails. I manage an 800 sqft Airbnb that is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house at 10th & N. Juliette Ave. in Manhattan. (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/45849554) I am looking for someone to cover checkouts either during the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) between 11a

• 3p AND/OR during the weekdays (Monday
• Friday ) between 11a
• 3p The basic duties include: Changing beds with fresh linens Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying any room trash into kitchen trash and emptying it after each guest.

Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vacuum the floors Mop as needed Generally keep common areas clean & tidy All dirty linens & towels will need to be taken home or to the laundromat and return them with the next checkout because there is no onsite washer/dryer.

ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED

All tasks generally take around 1

• 2 hours to complete. The pay is $40 per checkout paid via direct deposit within 5-7 business days. Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals I may have several checkouts in a week or none at all. But on average I get around 7
• 10 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.
