What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Duties Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for the occupants of your building. Vacuum Low & High Dusting Clean restrooms Sweep and Mop Clean cafeteria for lunch Clean up spills
Hours:
M-F, Occasional weekend for sporting events. Looking to hire 1 Full-Time Day Custodian 3am to 11:30pmPay:
$16.00 an hour Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles Strong cleaning skills, including floor care and commercial cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance Ability to perform residential painting and maintenance tasks Experience as a porter is a plus Knowledge of buffing techniques and equipment operationJob Type:
