Responsibilities Assist with supervising children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement. Support classroom management by helping organize activities that promote childhood development and learning. Implement age-appropriate instructional activities focused on preschool and toddler care, fostering curiosity and skill-building. Contribute to a positive classroom environment through behavior management techniques that encourage cooperation and respect among children. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide infant care, toddler care, or preschool supervision with patience and compassion. Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required or willing to obtain upon hire. Must meet KDHE requirements.
