Job Description

Schedule:

3.5 to 3.75 hours per night (Evening shifts between 4:30 PM and 9:15 PM) Monday through Sunday availability About the

Role:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our night cleaning team. In this role, you will work directly with a partner on-site at a premier commercial location in Louisville, KY. Because you will work in pairs, shifts are fast-paced and finish early—no late nights past 9:15 PM! You will operate independently with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and surface sanitation. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using commercial cleaning equipment. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Ensure building security procedures are followed upon completion. Clock in/out using our mobile time-tracking app at the start and end of each shift.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Smartphone required for time-tracking and communication app. Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift. Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
