Overview Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Wash Crew Hands to support oilfield operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This position involves tank cleaning and repairs, high-pressure washing, spill cleanup, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate has previous labor experience, can work safely in hazardous environments, and is willing to work long hours in various weather conditions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install and repair oil and produced water tanks Operate high-pressure power washing equipment Perform tank cleaning and maintenance, including confined space entry Enter and clean Oil-Based Mud Tanks, Water-Based Mud Tanks, Frac Tanks, Sand X units, and similar equipment Assist with oil spill remediation and general site cleanup Operate and work around heavy equipment safely Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and customer requirements Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond when needed Position Requirements & Qualifications Experience working as a laborer using various tools and equipment Ability to read, understand, and follow supervisor and customer instructions Strong commitment to workplace safety Must be available for a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule (minimum four-week rotation) Must be clean-shaven to comply with respiratory protection requirements Must have a working cell phone for communication Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly Apply today to join a team dedicated to safe, efficient, and professional oilfield services.
