Ability to pass drug and background check required•Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5 The Lead Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing residential cleaning services while leading and supporting a small cleaning team. This is a part time role with the potential for growth and more hours as we grow. Servicing Amesbury, MA and the surrounding communities. This role ensures that all homes are cleaned according to company standards, jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule, and team members maintain quality, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout each service. The Lead Cleaning Technician serves as a positive example for the team and helps ensure an exceptional experience for every client. Team Lead will also be responsible for picking up and dropping off supplies at the beginning and end of each shift and ensuring that they are in working order. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by team members Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues that may arise Skills Demonstrated staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience. Effective Time Management skills Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills suited for managerial roles. Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and customer service expectations. Strong organizational skills for managing supplies, effective work flow, and quality control processes. Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
