We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This is a commercial cleaning position. We are in search of 1 individual to clean an office building located in Brockton.

Job starting:

October 1st Part time position 12.5 to 15 hours per week / 5 nights a week Training starts at 5pm (Paid)

Custodians:

1 year (Required) Driver's License (Required) Duties Punctuality and attention to detail....highly important Reliable transportation Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards. Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, surface cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning operations. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and safety protocols is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. A proactive approach to maintaining a clean environment and addressing issues promptly.
