Large Boston based Property Management Company looking for full time employee for janitorial related duties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get in with a 40+ year established company which is still rapidly expanding its portfolio. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to clean all exterior and interior common areas of various properties in the Middleborough area as well as assist maintenance personal with various tasks. You will report daily to your supervisor, and keep a detailed record of your work and time for each day. You will also be required to have a professional demeanor as you will have interactions with tenants on a daily basis. The right candidate will be able to take direction, be self-motivated and take pride in their work. Two years related experience preferred. Must have Driver's license and vehicle available for daily use. Daily duties will be as follows, but not limited to: Sweeping and mopping Dusting Cleaning windows Picking up trash on exterior of building
