A Peabody janitorial company is seeking a responsible floating cleaner for routine cleanings, fill ins, and janitorial services for all existing contacts. This job will consist of roughly 3 hours per night (no longer than 3 hours) Monday through Friday starting between 5-5:30pm. Most locations range from Woburn to Beverly.

Responsibilities Include:

Cleaning designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, organizing janitorial closets, etc.) Last minute emergency fill ins for employees Execute deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required Driving supplies over to contracts, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with coworkers and customers Maintain organized janitorial storage areas

Qualifications:

Experience in janitorial/cleaning role is preferred but not required Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy Ability to plan and prioritize workload Ability to lift at least 50lbs Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing Bilingual is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
