Scope of Work General Cleaning:

Dusting desks, tables, and common surfaces.

Floor Care:

Vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping bathroom floors.

Restroom Maintenance:

Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and mirrors; restocking paper products. Kitchen /

Breakroom:

Wiping down countertops and appliance exteriors.

Waste Management:

Emptying all waste bins and replacing liners.

High-Touch Sanitation:

Sanitizing door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.

Contractor Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (commercial or residential).

Business & Tax Setup:

Operating as an independent contractor or registered business (W-9 required; tax reporting via Form 1099-NEC).

Reliability:

Dependable transportation and a strong track record of punctuality.

Independence & Detail:

Ability to manage your own time, spot minor details, and deliver high-quality work without direct supervision.

Communication:

Ability to use a mobile app to confirm completed visits, report supply inventory, and upload completion photos/checklists.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standard cleaning motions (bending, reaching, lifting).
