We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic , attention to detail, communication and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established schedules and client preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Follow established safety protocols and best practices for cleaning to ensure a safe working environment. Required for

Daytime Reliable Transportation (optional) Willingness to travel (in company vehicle) to the DMV area (DC, Northern VA) Live in Maryland (Germantown, Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village, Clarksburg, Rockville) Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial/commercial work, or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
