Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, supporting the overall maintenance and appearance of commercial, residential, or industrial spaces. Duties Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers to maintain floor care standards Handle janitorial responsibilities for both commercial and residential properties Conduct custodial duties including trash removal and restroom sanitation Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs or painting as needed Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and custodial work Support special projects like buffing floors or detailed cleaning during scheduled intervals Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping is a plus Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is advantageous Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures is desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential This position requires a reliable individual committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Candidates should be adaptable, motivated, and capable of handling various cleaning tasks efficiently.
