Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an After Hours Commercial Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of commercial facility during evening hours. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during after-hours shifts. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment. Conduct sanitation tasks including trash removal, surface disinfection, and restroom cleaning to uphold hygiene standards. Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of supplies and equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning procedures. Ensure all cleaning tools and chemicals are stored securely and used responsibly in compliance with safety guidelines. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently during scheduled hours. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with facility staff or visitors if needed.
