What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You'll Do:
A day in this role may include:Customer Interaction:
Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Sales Support:
Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.Site Maintenance:
Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.Workflow Optimization:
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.Operational Support:
Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies. Core Competencies Customer-Centric Mindset Results-Driven Execution Safety & Operational Compliance Effective Communication (Verbal and Written)Requirements Age:
At least 16 years of age.Education:
Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.Availability:
Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.Adaptability:
Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.Physical Requirements Lifting:
Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.Environment:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from- 10°F to 100°F.
Stamina:
Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.Exposure:
