About Kennebec Cleans Kennebec Cleans provides professional apartment turnover and common-area cleaning services for residential properties throughout Central Maine. Our team focuses on reliability, strong communication, and delivering consistently clean, move-in ready units for our clients. We are looking for a Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work and can help lead cleaning operations in the field. Position Overview The Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing apartment turnover cleanings, coordinating with Lead cleaners when working as a team, documenting completed work, and ensuring that units meet company cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities Cleaning Operations:
- Complete apartment turnover cleanings
- Perform common area cleaning tasks
- Ensure units are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with assistant cleaners when working as a team
Documentation & Reporting:
Supplies & Equipment:
- A cleaning tote with basic supplies, mop, and vacuum will be provided for all cleaning duties.
Communication:
- Communicate job status, schedule updates, or issues with the operations coordinator
