Job Description Integrit Cleaning & Organizing is hiring Cleaner Technicians to join our growing team. We provide both residential and commercial cleaning services and believe that cleaning should always be done with care, compassion, and zero judgment. Our goal is to leave every customer feeling safe, respected, and at ease after we leave their space. We offer a wide range of services, including light cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, hoarder cleanings, and specialty services. This position offers real opportunities for growth, hands-on skill development, and increased pay over time. Our team proudly travels throughout Michigan's Thumb, serving Tuscola, Huron, and Sanilac counties, so reliability and comfort with travel are important. Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
  • Complete light maintenance cleans and detailed deep cleans
  • Follow all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies
  • Use cleaning products and equipment safely
  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all client spaces
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Always uphold safety standards Qualifications
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual
  • Detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental
  • Comfortable working alone and with a team
  • Willing to go above and beyond for customers Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current and valid auto insurance (required at all times)
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle or use your own vehicle for jobs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)
  • Cleaning experience is a plus, but training is provided Pay & Growth
