As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce steel parts in a variety of shapes and sizes. You won't get bored in this position!
What this work looks like: Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements Set up and operate CNC machines to machine steel workpieces Perform and document quality inspections Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed Skills needed to win: Comfortable using CNC machine controls and following instructions Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work Solid understanding of basic math, including fractions and decimals Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right Eager to learn and grow into more complex roles like multi-axis machining and programming Let's talk!
