• 9:00 PM flexible start time is available Saber Building Services is excited to welcome an experienced Custodian to our team at a professional office facility near the South Eton Street corridor in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and understands the importance of keeping a professional workplace clean and well maintained. This position covers the full range of routine custodial duties throughout the facility. We are looking for someone who is dependable, experienced, and comfortable managing assigned cleaning responsibilities on their own. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies Empty trash and recycling and replace liners Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum Sweep and mop hard-surface floors Requirements Previous custodial experience required Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum Must be comfortable working independently and alone Dependable and consistent attendance
