Uniquely positioned with a cash based model Dawn Thomas Physical Therapy is able to provide a service to clients to meet their needs on their own terms without the constraints of insurance dictating treatment. With 26 years of building relationships in our community we have been able to creatively grow our brand. We enjoy collaborating and problem solving with like minded creative people. We have been unable to meet the needs of clients due to demand. I am looking to alleviate this problem by finding the right fit to meet the needs of clients and develop new client relationships. We create relationships with clients that are much stronger than in a traditional setting. We put an emphasis on getting to know the client and their families on a personal level as well as on a clinical level. dawnthomaspt.com FaceBook Dawn Thomas Physical Therapy Skills Needed for This Position Be able to communicate clear plan of care recommendations with clients that include the value of our service to target and solve their problem in a way that they can understand. Willing and able to identify when clients are faltering in progression and address issues to maintain progress and prevent drop off. Ability to properly manage clients progress and coordinate their needs even when it includes facilitating outside practitioners and recommendations. Ability to instill confidence in clients that we are able to solve their problem through our plan of care. Strong orthopedic skills with high level knowledge in other areas to be able to apply knowledge of multisystems to clinical picture. Apply orthopedic skills to medically complex patients in unique situations who may have had limited success with traditional medical care. Ability to learn new computer applications that may include but not limited to: scheduling software, EMR software, video HEP, social media, canva Ability to field discovery phone calls and interactions to convert interest in services into scheduled evaluations and plan of care. Pre-existing experience and skills related to video editing, social media management, marketing a plus. Willingness and ability to participate in community outreach events for both community service and brand development. Ability to create and adjust programs for clients in their environment and utilize household items to create exercise programs "on the fly".

Service area has included:

Royal Oak, Birmingham, West Bloomfield, St. Claire Shores, Grosse Pointe, Huntington Woods, Troy and neighboring cities. Responsibilities Client satisfaction and retention

• Set client expectations with clear solutions to problems with attainable goals to help clients stay on schedule and meet goals with completion of plan of care.

20 visits per week (for context 25 would be considered full time) Manage scheduling clients Accept triage/discovery calls with 80% conversion to scheduled evaluation Achieve 80% conversion from evaluation to plan of care. Request google review/testimonials from clients. Documentation complete within 48 hours of treatment. Send Plan of Care documentation when appropriate via fax to appropriate physician and track completion. Track sessions within packages. Ie. within software ensure clients sessions are kept track of based on their purchased packages. Collect physical checks when appropriate. Ensure sessions are paid for prior to providing further services. Share joy in our clients' accomplishments. Provide great customer experience

• It's not always about the hour sessions you have spent with the client. You will be expected to provide the client with the resources they need to successfully carry through with your recommendations ie. HEP, plan for maintenance, referral to outside resources, equipment ect.. Help people make life changes to improve their quality of life
• People need you to help them integrate your recommendations into their daily lives in order to make permanent changes. Constantly Improve clinical and soft skills
• Be coachable Be actively involved in lifelong learning in both clinical, soft skills and other skills that will contribute to your success, happiness and fulfillment in life.
