A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Seeking cleaning help for a building in the
BLOOMFIELD HILLS/BIRMINGHAM
area. Part-time evening shift available Monday- Thursday 3-4 hours per night.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client/customer service skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
- Knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn.
