Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Associate About the Role Clean Team is actively seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Flint, Michigan. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments and enjoy working independently, this evening position offers a stable routine with room to grow. Key Responsibilities Perform standard commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and trash removal. Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas. Restock paper products, soap dispensers, and other essential supplies across assigned facilities. Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are handled safely and stored properly at the end of each shift. Secure the facility upon completion of work by locking doors, setting alarms, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
