Cleaning & Turnover We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help with residential rental turnovers. Responsibilities include cleaning homes between tenants, completing general cleaning of common areas, and making sure properties are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest or tenant. Occasional cleaning of commercial spaces also required. There may also be opportunities for light painting.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare residential rental properties between tenants/guests Complete general cleaning tasks such as bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, and trash removal Occasionally clean commercial spaces Assist with painting and touch-up work when needed Work efficiently while paying attention to detail Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable working independently Able to handle physical cleaning tasks Previous cleaning, painting, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
