Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, starting at 4:30pm Clear Criminal Background Check and Fingerprinting Required! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial equipment to maintain pristine floors and surfaces. Conduct sanitation tasks such as trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies to promote a healthy workspace. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting or moving equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and safety inspections as required. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is

REQUIRED.

Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to facilities maintenance. Customer service skills are valuable for interacting professionally with staff or visitors when needed. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching and standing for extended periods.
