Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces including apartment hallways and vacant units. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
