What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
General duties include maintain safety and cleanliness of the worksite. Communicate with coworkers and supervision to provide the best possible service to the client. Represent the everyday culture of The Professional Group.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FUNCTIONS
Report to and follow the directions of building supervision. Relieve, assist, or fill in temporarily on other jobs assigned by the supervisor In Restrooms- clean and sanitize all surfaces including stall walls and doors. Clean and sanitizes all sinks and toilets. Clean mirrors. Sweep and mop floors. Remove trash and replace bags. Restock all paper products and soap. Offices and cubicles
- empty trash containers and replace bags. Dust all horizontal surfaces. High and low dust to account specifications. Do not move or disturb anything on desks or credenzas. Vacuum carpeted floors as you leave an office or cubicle. Hallways and public areas

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Must be able to pass a background check. High school Diploma is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
